Dimension 3 - Impact of health problems


Poor health creates numerous setbacks and dependencies. Urban areas are often plagued with new and different hardships than rural areas (chronic illnesses, violent deaths) as well as the threat of infectious diseases.

Actions to take in this area include: prevention of urban health problems; adaptation of the health care system for affordable care for urban health problems.
